Working Processes

Mold Placement: The desired molds are placed on the vibrating table. These molds can be made of various materials, such as steel or plastic.
Concrete Pouring: A pre-mixed concrete mixture is poured into the molds. The mixture should be of a suitable consistency to allow for proper compaction.
Vibration: The vibro forming table is activated, causing the table to vibrate at a specific frequency and amplitude. This vibration helps to compact the concrete mixture, eliminating air pockets and ensuring a dense, uniform structure.
Curing: Once the vibration process is complete, the molds are left to cure. The curing process allows the concrete to harden and gain strength. This can be done either naturally or using steam curing chambers.
Demolding: After the curing period is over, the molds are removed from the table, and the finished concrete products are extracted.
